Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your KOOSHOO product. If for some reason you don’t, let us know and we’ll find a solution that works for everyone. 

To make a return or exchange please email us at returns@kooshoo.com. We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of product's receipt so long as it is in its original form (ie, it has never been worn). For returns outside of 30 days please email us at returns@kooshoo.com and we will find a solution that works for you. For further information please see our Returns Policy at the footer of your checkout page. 

For order cancellations please get in touch with us as soon as possible (returns@kooshoo.com) after placing the order. In our effort to be as responsive as we can, we try to ship all orders within 24 hours of their placement. This means we have a very small window to cancel a shipment.
